brief introduction to and procedures for enrolling Junior I students in 2003.
Jinyun Chaohui Foreign Language School is a privately-run, state-owned, full-time junior middle school, attaching itself to Jinyun Middle School. Our school is, like exotic flowers, a leader in the education fields of Lishui City. Our brand new ideas, modern-day conditions, high spirit of devotion, and hardworking staff all contribute to this reputation. During our two years of operation, the School has been widely praised by the public and parents alike for its outstanding level of education, particularly its English program.
In 2003, the School will be enrolling new students and wholeheartedly welcomes primary school graduates from all over Lishui City, in particular, those who are determined to grow into persons of superior ability.

The school superiority
1. Lessons are given in small classes, with both teachers and students working in coordination, thereby catering to each student. Every student joins in class activities, thus making it possible to teach and learn optimally.
2. Foreign teachers are appointed and engaged as the School gives priority to English teaching. In classes of English, small classes are further divided into tiny groups, so that all the students are involved in language practice in three ways: listening, speaking, and communicating. As a result, the student’s English ability improves rapidly. Also the atmosphere of learning English is created in different ways. Not only are English teachers trained to improve their English communication ability, but also the ones of other subjects made to learn spoken English. So English goes into all kinds of lessons and everyday life.
3. As is known to all, the staff possess a noble sense of responsibility in their work and are experts at teaching. Teachers this year are all “up-and-coming youngsters” over County Rank, among whom one is an Excellent Head Teacher of Province Rank, and another a Brunch Pioneer of City Rank.
4. The school has the first-class basic constructions and comfortable living conditions. The teaching building occupies 10,200 square meters. Every classroom is equipped with multimedia computers. Additionally, there are laboratories, sound labs, computer rooms, a school library, a gymnasium, net resources share and so on. The modern student apartment building is equipped with air conditioners, telephones, toilets and everything else required for a comfortable and pleasant lifestyle. Full-time nurses and advisors are engaged for the students of each class to help with their diet, rest and other daily life.
5. The School is under omnidirection of administration, in other words, seal-off administration, so that the students can learn to live by themselves, and control themselves. The school lays stress on training the students to be their own masters with self-confidence, and the ability to motivate themselves. Weekend activities substantially aid the students in developing their individual character. The School values humanities and the personalities of the students.
6. Six-year length of schooling with Education Department textbooks and a readjusted teaching program benefits every student by mixing senior English lessons, avoiding repeated lessons and saving time. The students finally have the right to directly enter Jinyun Middle School after graduation from Chaohui Foreign Language School.

Enrollment steps
1. You may contact us in person, by telephone, or in writing.
2. The School will then conduct interviews with the students in order to determine their ability and thus establish which class they should be placed in so that their education is maximized.
3. After enrollment, every new student has to pay a certain fee in full at a time, a fee for your choice of the school and another fee checked and ratified by Commodity Price Bureau.
